Success criteria and evaluation of Internet-mediated cooperative norm setting

Grounded in an empirical perspective this project investigates which factors or combination of factors affect the success (defined in multiple dimensions) of Internet-mediated cooperative norm setting processes. This is based on both the evaluation of the practical applications as well as problem-focused empirical studies in controlled environments. It focuses in particular on the role of individual characteristics and participants’ predispositions for the success of norm setting processes.
